Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be strong in funnel building, email marketing, newsletters, and ad campaign management , along with a good understanding of SEO and social media.

This role requires someone who is analytical, creative, and comfortable managing multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build, manage, and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation, nurturing, and conversions.
• Plan and execute email marketing & newsletter campaigns using tools like Smartlead or similar platforms.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube , and other platforms.
• Support SEO initiatives and manage website to improve organic visibility.
• Oversee social media activities and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze performance using GA4, Ads Manager, and Search Console.
• Prepare weekly / monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, design, sales, and leadership teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices.
