Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for mid-level and senior-level roles in the pharmaceutical domain.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, references, headhunting).
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pharma talent for critical roles.
- Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Skills & Experience
4–7 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical recruitment.Strong understanding of pharma functions such as sales, manufacturing, R&D, QA / QC, supply chain, etc.Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, portals, and talent sourcing techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring mandates.
