Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-orientated Sales Operations & Performance Analyst to work remotely and monitor the performance of our sales and operations team. The candidate must come from a sales background, be capable of auditing sales calls, and provide hourly performance reports for each employee. This role plays a critical part in ensuring productivity, transparency, and consistency across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities :
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare and share hourly performance reports for all employees.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly productivity dashboards and logs.
- Track attendance, task updates, and real-time performance metrics remotely.
Sales Call Audits
Listen to and audit sales calls daily to assess communication quality and process adherence.Review objection handling, product knowledge, pitch delivery, and customer engagement.Document audit results and provide structured feedback to the management team.Immediately escalate any red flags, compliance issues, or performance gaps.Sales Operations Support
Coordinate with sales managers to ensure the team meets performance KPIs.Identify skill gaps, provide insights for training, and support performance improvement.Ensure all sales scripts, guidelines, and processes are followed by the team.Assist in optimising sales processes using data-driven insights.Required Qualifications & Skills :
Mandatory : Prior experience in sales.Strong understanding of customer communication and sales processes.Experience in call auditing or performance monitoring (preferred).Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets).Ability to evaluate conversations, identify gaps, and provide objective feedback.
