Project Engineer- FEA

EES EITC – Chennai / Bangalore.

Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer- FEA, to join the Electrification team with strong expertise in FEA and vibration Analysis like Battery pack, lifting hook and EV infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in contributing to the new product development.

• Extensive knowledge in Ansys pre-processing includes mesh sensitivity, FE-integration, deck debugging and post processing of results.
• Sound knowledge specifically in debugging convergence problems and solution metrics.
• Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of concepts relating to material modelling, failure mechanisms, fatigue characterization with and without CZM and nonlinear modelling.
• Hands-on experience with random vibration analysis, PSD and FSD graphs, transfer functions, countermeasure proposal, fatigue life / damage estimation, eigen analysis, modal superposition method using SSD and response function graphs.
• Good ability in Ansys to understand and perform transient shock analysis, projectile and drop scenarios (LS-dyna).
• Basic knowledge of thermal stress (Multiphysics) and concepts revolving Ansys CFD.
