Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, and implementing strategic initiatives, especially in transfer pricing and intercompany financial structuring. Preference will be given to candidates with experience from Big 4 firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG).
The Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Responsibilities :
Financial Planning, Reporting & Control
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Manage the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS / GAAP
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Transfer Pricing & Compliance
Develop, implement, and monitor transfer pricing policies across global entitiesLiaise with tax advisors, auditors, and legal teams to ensure transfer pricing documentation is compliant with statutory guidelinesLead pricing studies, economic analyses, and benchmarking studiesSupport tax filings, audits, and global tax structuring initiativesStrategic Finance & Decision Support
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive teamDevelop cost-saving initiatives and assess investment opportunitiesSupport in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingTreasury, Cash Flow, and Working Capital Management
Manage company’s liquidity, banking relationships, and intercompany cash flowsOptimize working capital and capital structureAudit & Regulatory Compliance
Liaise with external and internal auditorsEnsure all statutory filings (including TDS, GST, income tax, transfer pricing reports) are accurate and on timeEnsure regulatory compliance in India and relevant overseas jurisdictionsQualifications :
Chartered Accountant4–6 years of experience in core finance roles with strong exposure to Transfer PricingPrior experience at a Big 4 firm (at least 3–5 years preferred)Deep understanding of intercompany transactions and international taxationStrong knowledge of IFRS, Ind-AS, and other regulatory frameworksStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environmentRequired Skills :
