Experienced buying and merchandising professional with 7–15 years in value and mass retail, specializing in beauty, toys, and personal care categories. Skilled in vendor negotiations, assortment planning, private label development, and category profitability. Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration abilities across supply chain, finance, and marketing. Proven expertise in trend adaptation, customer-centric planning, and driving sales through strategic sourcing, pricing, and in-store execution. Holds a degree in Business or Retail Management.
