Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement : Drive sales and achieve revenue targets within the assigned geographical region.
Team Management : Guide, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet their individual and team goals.
Client & Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and inform strategies.
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and bridge gaps in the territory.
Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews to present to senior management.
Collaboration : Work with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive customer experience and efficient order execution.
Product Knowledge & Promotion : Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to customers.
