Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process : Facilitate and drive the monthly S&OP cycle to align demand forecasts with supply plans, financial targets, and business strategies.
• Develop and refine forecasting models : Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning models to generate accurate demand forecasts, incorporating market trends, promotional activities, and new product launches.
• Inventory management : Oversee inventory levels across all channels (e-commerce, retail, and modern trade) to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory, while optimizing working capital.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to gather market intelligence and ensure alignment on demand plans.
• Team leadership : Mentor, train, and manage a team of demand planners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical excellence.
• Performance reporting : Develop and present key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports on forecast accuracy, inventory health, and demand trends to senior leadership.
• Market analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to enhance forecasting accuracy and identify growth opportunities.
