Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Sales Specialist, located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include engaging clients to understand their hardware requirements, delivering high-quality customer service, managing and fulfilling sales goals, and providing training on product usage when required. The position requires maintaining effective client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage clients and meet their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales objectives
• Ability to provide Training on hardware products to customers and internal teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in client relationship management and ability to work collaboratively
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related field
• Prior experience in the hardware or technology industry is an advantage
