Role Overview :
You will be a key member of our ERP Support Team, responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients. You will handle issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user support across multiple modules of SAP Business One. The role requires both functional understanding and basic technical proficiency to manage day-to-day support operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support to clients using SAP Business One (both SQL and HANA versions).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve functional or technical issues raised by users.
- Coordinate with development and technical teams for bug fixes, add-ons, and system enhancements.
- Manage and track support tickets through the internal helpdesk system, ensuring timely closure as per SLA .
- Support minor configuration changes, user management, and authorization controls.
- Assist in report customization using Crystal Reports or SAP B1 query tools .
- Conduct periodic health checks, version upgrades, and database validations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for resolutions, configurations, and SOPs.
- Deliver user training and contribute to continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in commerce , Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.2–5 years of experience in SAP Business One support or implementation.Functional expertise in at least two SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, or Service).Hands-on experience with SAP B1 SQL / HANA , and basic understanding of database concepts.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple support cases independently with a customer-first approach .Preferred Skills :
SAP Business One thorough understanding .Familiarity with GST and Indian localization setup .Experience in working with international clients....preferableKey Attributes :
