Role Overview

As a Commercial Portfolio Senior Associate, you will shape the future of commercial real estate by managing client portfolios, analyzing investments, and driving asset performance. This role requires strong analytical ability, stakeholder communication, and a passion for real estate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow commercial real estate portfolios.
Conduct market research, property valuations, and financial analysis.
Prepare investment reports, risk assessments & performance reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams & clients for strategic decision-making.
Monitor lease agreements, occupancy & portfolio performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.

3+ years in Commercial Real Estate / Portfolio Management / Investment Advisory.

Strong financial modelling & analytical skills.

Proficiency in Excel, real estate tools, and market analysis.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of CRE analytics & asset management.

Strong communication & client relationship capability.

Detail-oriented with a strategic problem-solving mindset.
