HyFun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its international business team . We are looking to fill the Sales Coordinator - International Sales position based in Ahmedabad .

Position / Profile Title : Sales Coordinator - International Business

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 3 to 15 years

Essential Area of Expertise :

Sales operations oversight and process optimization
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Market analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
Customer relationship management and team leadership
Strong reporting, analytical, and team mentorship skills

Internal Interface : Regional Manager, Country Manager, Supply Chain Team

External Interface : Customers / Logistics Providers / Export Compliance Agency

Roles and Responsibilities :

Operational Oversight : Manage daily sales operations activities, including order processing, logistics, customer service, artwork, and sample dispatches.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with production, quality, logistics, and finance to resolve issues and align on export sales goals.

Market Analysis & Planning : Conduct research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competition, shaping sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing needs and exploring growth opportunities.

Team Leadership : Guide and mentor the Sales Operations team, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Reporting & Analysis : Deliver regular sales, market, and operational reports with insights for strategic decisions.
