Junior Product Designer

About You :

We are looking for a Product Designer who obsessively blends design craft, systems thinking, and a strong product sense to create meaningful digital experiences. You will own problems end-to-end from insights to concepts to polished interfaces and work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ship product experiences that genuinely move the needle.

Responsibilities :

• Design across the entire product lifecycle : research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and handoff.
• Understand Nawgati’s existing products, design language, and design systems , and build on top of them with clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design intuitive, scalable features.
• Create scalable design systems and maintain visual + interaction consistency across the product.
• Champion usability, accessibility, and performance , ensuring every detail supports a world-class user experience.
• Contribute to refining and maintaining the company-wide design system , ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Conduct quick research, competitor studies, and usability thinking to support design decisions.
• Create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and developer-ready assets.
• Collaborate deeply with Product & Engineering , influencing roadmap and shaping product decisions through design thinking.
• Design high-quality pitch decks and strategic presentations for the Business Team and Founders’ Office, simplifying complex ideas into clear, visual storytelling.
