Hotfoot - PMO Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure alignment of program initiatives with strategic goals.
• Establish an integrated program view to coordinate and execute all initiatives effectively.
• Implement and enforce standardized methodologies for program governance, alignment, assurance, integration, and financial control.
• Ensure consistent application of best practices across all programs and initiatives.
• Lead the estimation, planning, organization, and monitoring of cross-functional team activities.
• Maintain overall control of program schedules, risk management, and delivery commitments.
• Oversee accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial management for each project within the program.
• Ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently and that projects stay within budget.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of program managers.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure program managers meet their objectives and adhere to program standards.
• Ensure accurate and consolidated reporting of project and program status to Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 6-12 years of experience in program and project management, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, financial management, and cross-functional team dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
