Position Overview :
We are looking for experienced professionals to lead our Accounts Receivable (AR) Team, responsible for managing AR follow-ups, denial management, and claims resolution. The ideal candidate will drive team performance, ensure timely collections, and maintain strong client satisfaction through effective AR management and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee day-to-day AR operations including claims follow-up, denial management, and payment recovery.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly collection targets and SLAs.
- Guide and mentor team members to improve productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with billing and coding departments to resolve claim issues and reduce denials.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and process audits to ensure compliance with client and payer requirements.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports on AR status and key performance metrics.
- Handle client escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution of complex AR cases.
What Were Looking For :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in AR follow-up, denial management, and revenue cycle management (RCM).Proven experience leading or mentoring a team within an AR or RCM process.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of US healthcare billing terminology and payer guidelines.Hands-on experience with billing platforms (EPIC experience is a plus).Flexibility to work in any shift, including extended hours and weekends when required.Why Join Us? :
