About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer (Lead Level) with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices . The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software applications while collaborating closely with technical and business teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Java-based applications using the Spring Boot framework.
• Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, oversee unit testing, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously optimize applications for better speed, performance, and scalability.
• Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and support of production systems.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
