Presentation Specialist

Blue Spire Inc is seeking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist / Instructional Designer to craft impactful presentations and multimedia content for internal teams, senior leadership, clients, and our Learning Management System (LMS). You will collaborate with technical, business, leadership teams, and support the pre-sales team in pitching ideas to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging presentations, infographics, and videos for leadership reviews, client meetings, and LMS content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
• Support the sales team in creating persuasive pitch decks and innovative ideas for new client acquisition.
• Maintain a central repository of branded templates and reusable design assets.
• Deliver high-quality content under tight timelines with attention to detail and brand consistency.
