To lead and manage the master planning and urban design of large-scale developments,
ensuring innovative, functional, and sustainable spatial solutions. The role requires
strong architectural expertise to translate design vision into cohesive development
strategies that align with regulatory, technical, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Design Development
- Lead the conceptualization and development of master plans for residential,
commercial, mixed-use, and township projects.
Integrate architectural, landscape, urban design, and infrastructure components intocohesive development frameworks.
Ensure alignment of master plans with market requirements, design intent, andsustainability goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, engineering, finance, andbusiness strategy) during project planning and feasibility stages.
Regulatory & Compliance
Review and ensure master plans meet statutory norms, zoning regulations,development control rules, and environmental guidelines.
Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and external agencies for approvals andcompliance coordination.
Design Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with architects, landscape consultants, traffic engineers, and infrastructureteams to ensure integrated planning outcomes.
Conduct and facilitate design charrettes, workshops, and review meetings withstakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior planners and designprofessionals.
Project Delivery & Quality Control
Ensure timely delivery of master planning deliverables within defined budget andquality parameters.
Review drawings, reports, 3D visualizations, and presentations for accuracy anddesign integrity.
Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives in master planning processes anddesign outputs.

Bachelors / Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design / Planning from a reputedinstitution.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in master planning or large-scale urbandevelopment projects.
Strong understanding of zoning laws, development regulations, and infrastructureplanning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, GIS tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent presentation, analytical, and coordination skills.Experience working with real estate developers, design firms, or urban planningconsultancies preferred.
