Job Title : Team Manager( Fundraiser)

Location : Ahmedabad, Ranchi, Patna, Hyderabad, Trivandrum

Experience Required : 3–4 years in fundraising, donor engagement, and the charity / non-profit sector

Established in 2018 year The Children Educare Foundation aims at Hunger Free India. Through campaigns across India, we have tried to meet the basic need of meals for families who strive to get one for a day. We have aimed at Doorstep education to help the children have a bright future. We have accelerated our motive for education for all by running the Scholarship Awareness campaign among the communities that are far from the reach of basic education. We are reaching out to more than 700+ underprivileged children and 400+ underprivileged families.

Job Summary :

The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission and programs. The role involves building strong donor relationships, managing fundraising campaigns, organizing charity events, and securing sustainable income from individuals, corporates, foundations, and grant-making bodies.

Key Responsibilities :

Fundraising & Strategy

Develop, manage, and execute fundraising plans aligned with organizational goals.
Identify and secure funding opportunities through corporate partnerships, major donors, trusts, foundations, and grants.
Monitor and evaluate fundraising campaigns to maximize results.

Donor & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.

Prepare donor proposals, grant applications, and impact reports.

Ensure timely donor communication, acknowledgments, and stewardship activities.

Campaigns & Events

Plan, coordinate, and deliver fundraising campaigns and charity events.

Oversee online fundraising platforms, social media campaigns, and crowdfunding initiatives.

Collaborate with marketing / communications teams to promote campaigns and increase visibility.

Financial Management & Reporting

Track fundraising budgets, targets, and income streams.

Maintain accurate donor databases and records.

Provide regular fundraising progress reports to senior management and the board.

Team & Collaboration

Support and guide volunteers and interns engaged in fundraising activities.

Collaborate with program and communications teams to align messaging with donor priorities.

Contribute innovative ideas for diversifying income streams and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or related field (Master's preferred).

3–4 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or non-profit development.

Experience in managing fundraising campaigns, events, and donor portfolios.
