Must Have Experience : SAP SD and FICO modules , Distributor Management Systems (DMS)

About the role :

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead the design, implementation, and support of ERP (SAP) and enterprise applications that power our core business processes.

As part of our Technology & Operations team, you’ll collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure our systems run seamlessly, data flows effortlessly, and every enhancement adds business value.

Key Responsibilities :

Business partnering across functions.

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP platforms (SAP S4 Hana).

Ensure seamless system integrations across Finance, SCM, and e-commerce environments.

Oversee migration, upgrades, and functional rollouts of ERP modules.

Conduct UAT, performance testing, and support go-live activities.

Drive issue resolution with internal IT teams and external vendors.

Maintain governance standards, data consistency, and access controls.

Prepare user documentation, quick guides, and conduct training sessions.

You’ll Excel In This Role If You Have :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Having MBA degree will be given preference.

8 + years of experience in enterprise applications / ERP systems.

Hands-on experience in SAP FI and SD modules.

Strong knowledge of integrations, change management, and compliance frameworks.

Experience in leading ERP implementation and business transformation projects.
