Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
- Provide technical support to end-users remotely on a daily basis.
- Manage user accounts, modify attributes, and adjust security settings.
Security & Data Administration
Maintain site security and adhere to customer-defined workflows and SOPs.Ensure data integrity and support continuous improvement initiatives.Training & Demonstrations
Conduct software and procedural training for users.Support customer sponsors in system adoption within their organizations.Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare reports, evaluations, and other documentation as required.Identify areas for workflow optimization and propose improvements.Workflow & Site Configuration
Make small workflow adjustments as needed to support business objectives.Collaborate with system admins, internal stakeholders, and ESKO colleagues.Use tools like Excel, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet to manage incoming requests and update processes.Skills Required
