About The Role

As an FP&A Consultant, you'll work hand-in-hand with our Project Managers to design and deliver the financial models, templates, and reports our customers depend on. You'll be more than an implementer—you'll be a problem-solver, a trusted advisor, and a partner in helping finance teams do their best work.

This is a client-facing, hands-on role where your finance knowledge, modeling skills, and knack for clean, intuitive design will shine.

Responsibilities :

• Design and configure financial models, planning templates, dashboards, and reports that clients actually want to use
• Collaborate with client finance teams to understand their business model and translate it into scalable solutions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, allocations, and reporting requirements
• Ensure projects stay on track—managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• Train finance teams, share best practices, and make sure they get value from Limelight
• Partner with internal teams (Product, Success, Sales) to continuously improve outcomes for clients
