• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead the development and execution of go to market strategies for product launches, including coordination of cross functional teams
• Work with the content marketing team to create educational resources that demonstrate the value of the product to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analyze customer behavior, adoption rates, and feedback to improve messaging and product positioning over time.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high performing product marketing team, providing clear direction, career development, and support.Requirement
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
