Your Role :
Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, clips) from long-form podcasts and shows.Craft fast-paced, story-driven edits that hold attention from start to finish.Add sound design, SFX, and motion elements that elevate the story.Work closely with producers and creators to shape the visual identity of each show.Stay ahead of content trends and bring fresh editing ideas to the table.You will love this if you :

2–4 years of short-form editing experience (Reels or Shorts videos).A strong portfolio that shows your sense of timing, energy, and storytelling .Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro .Understanding of content trends, transitions, and viral formats.Bonus :
Experience editing creator content, podcasts, or storytelling-based formats.
