Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell / cross-sell. Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center.

Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. Do You Make the Cut?

As an SDET-III you will be responsible for :

Key Responsibilities :

Automation Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.

Test Strategy & Planning : Define and implement test strategies, ensuring high-quality software releases.

Code Quality & CI / CD : Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Performance & Security Testing : Implement performance, load, and security testing strategies to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.

Defect Management : Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.

Mentorship & Best Practices : Mentor junior SDETs, promote best testing practices, and drive quality initiatives across teams.

Tooling & Innovation : Evaluate and introduce new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency.

Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to enhance software reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).

Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.

Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, Azure DevOps).

Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or k6.

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, TDD, and BDD.

Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with security testing concepts (e.g., OWASP, penetration testing).

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases.

Exposure to AI / ML testing or blockchain testing is a plus.

ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
