Job description

Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

8+ years of AR / Collections experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, AR systems, and controls.

Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, Netsuite and High Radius) and collection tools.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven track record of reducing past dues and improving collection efficiency.

Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
