We are seeking a driven Purchase Executive – Capex to join our expanding procurement team and support Capex, project-based sourcing, and maintenance operations.

Role Summary :

The Purchase Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing capital equipment, engineering spares, packaging materials, and intermediates, ensuring uninterrupted operations and timely project execution. This role requires hands-on experience in greenfield project procurement, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement of Capex items, maintenance spares, MROs, and plant utilities
• Support procurement activities for greenfield / brownfield expansion projects
• Purchase raw materials, packaging materials, and intermediates for production
• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with new and existing suppliers
• Negotiate prices, contracts, delivery schedules, and payment terms
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while ensuring material availability
• Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and warehouse teams
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any material supply issues
• Maintain purchase records, cost sheets, and procurement KPIs
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, budgets, and quality standards
