Job descriptionSales Leadership : Set up and own the sales process in your region, leading the conceptual Revenue Generation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate partnerships and Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at Forecasting & Achievement : Own the sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenues, and Team Building : Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to support the Experience : 4-7 years Educational Background : MBA or undergraduate degree preferred, but an outstanding track Startup Mindset : A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to grow with a high-impact organisation. Ambition & Growth-Oriented : A hunger to scale personally and professionally alongside the organisation. Key Responsibilities :
As a part of the Business team, you will be at the forefront of GrayQuest’s growth in your
assigned region. Your role will encompass :
- Expanding Partnerships : Drive the acquisition of educational institutions (K-12 schools,
universities, colleges) and grow our footprint in the region and achieving aggressive
