About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities, nurturing early-stage leads, and contributing directly to the revenue pipeline. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation : I dentify and research potential clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, referrals, etc.).
  • Outreach & Prospecting : Initiate contact with decision-makers to introduce our solutions and assess their needs.
  • Qualify Leads : Engage prospects to understand their challenges, budget, and timelines; pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence : Gather and share insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Performance Tracking : Meet or exceed KPIs such as calls, emails, meetings booked, and opportunities created.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience : 2-5 years in a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or similar role (B2B experience preferred).
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills :
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Mindset :
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Eager to learn and adapt.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
