Role Overview :
We are looking for a high-impact Pre-Sales Consultant to support business growth in the Investment Management Services / FinTech vertical. The role involves working closely with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to understand client challenges, design tailored solutions, and support the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle—from demand creation to bid responses and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities :
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Understand client pain points, operational challenges, and regulatory constraints within the Investment Management Services ecosystem.
- Design and articulate tailored FinTech solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Organize, plan, and deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities and differentiation.
- Work closely with Product and Technology teams to customize solutions and ensure feasibility and value delivery.
Sales Enablement & Pipeline Support
Support the sales team in building and managing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead qualification and movement through the funnel.Manage the RFI / RFP / RFQ process, including requirement analysis, solution responses, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.Prepare compelling pitch decks, solution documents, and sales collaterals aligned with client-specific use cases.Content & Thought Leadership (Pre-Sales Oriented)
Contribute to the creation of high-quality content such as white papers, solution briefs, and case studies that demonstrate expertise and industry understanding.Support demand-generation initiatives by providing domain inputs for webinars, industry presentations, and thought leadership content.Assist in improving brand credibility through content that reflects expertise, authority, and trust within the FinTech space.Market & Competitive Intelligence
Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in the Investment Management and FinTech landscape.Develop competitive intelligence to highlight strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation opportunities.Provide actionable insights to management on emerging trends and innovation opportunities.Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise with Product Managers to relay client feedback and evolving market needs.Coordinate with Marketing teams on targeted campaigns, lead nurturing initiatives, and account-based programs.Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.Key Competencies & Skills
4–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Sales Enablement, preferably in FinTech or Financial Services.Strong content writing and copywriting skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.Hands-on experience with sales CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting.Exposure to Marketing Automation tools and digital engagement platforms is preferred.Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail, especially during bid management.Excellent presentation skills and proficiency with modern presentation and collaboration tools.Solid understanding of technology for business, particularly within FinTech and Investment Management.A proactive learner with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical skills.Qualifications
