Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ads Specialist located in Kanpur. The Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include setting campaign objectives, monitoring performance metrics, conducting market research, and collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad content. The role also involves analyzing campaign data to provide actionable insights for improving advertising effectiveness and achieving business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools
• Proficient in market research and data analysis to optimize campaign performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Relevant experience in digital marketing and advertising
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the IT or digital solutions industry is a plus
