Role Overview

We are seeking a QMS Engineer to play a pivotal role in implementing, monitoring, and enhancing the Quality Management System across all departments. This role will ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards, lead internal audits, manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and maintain audit-ready documentation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QMS implementation in automotive or sheet metal environments, strong knowledge of audits, documentation control, root cause analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. QMS Implementation & Compliance

• Implement and sustain QMS processes as per IATF 16949 : 2016 / ISO 9001 requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures across production, engineering, and support functions.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain standardization and close system gaps.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering from a recognized institution

Experience : 7–10 years in Quality Management Systems in automotive or sheet metal manufacturing
