About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn’t just follow trends — they create them.
You’ll be the voice of VIVRE on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube — turning design, texture, and craftsmanship into content that inspires, educates, and delights.
You’ll work directly with our founder, content strategists, and visual team (3D, film, design) to build a bold, premium, scroll-stopping social presence.
This is not a role for content uploaders — it’s for creative thinkers who can turn an idea into a story, a story into a Reel, and a Reel into brand love.
What You’ll Do
- Own the social presence of VIVRE across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Build monthly content calendars that balance campaigns, trends, and brand storytelling.
- Conceptualize and execute short-format videos (Reels) that showcase our design and products in emotionally engaging ways.
- Write hooks, captions, and micro-copy that bring a premium, human touch to every post.
- Spot and adapt to emerging trends, sounds, and visual styles before anyone else does.
- Collaborate with video editors, 3D artists, and designers to bring your concepts to life.
- Coordinate shoots — from idea to storyboard to on-set direction.
- Track performance metrics, engagement rates, and report insights weekly.
- Act as the brand’s pulse — what’s working, what’s next, what’s missing.
What You Bring
2–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for D2C, design, fashion, lifestyle, or creative brands.A portfolio that shows Reels or short-format videos you’ve ideated or executed.Deep understanding of visual tone, sound, rhythm, and audience psychology.Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, or similar.Strong writing skills — you know how to make a caption sound premium and personal.You live in or are open to relocating to Kolkata to work closely with the in-house creative team.Most importantly — a creative hunger to experiment, learn, and shape the brand’s digital culture.What Success Looks Like :
