Qualification : BE / B-Tech - Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 4-7 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise the daily installation of plumbing systems, such as water supply (hot and cold), drainage, sewage, and rainwater harvesting.

Oversee the installation of fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, hydrants, fire pumps, valves, and fire alarm systems.

Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, such as civil, structural, and electrical, to ensure proper system integration.

Lead and manage the work of subcontractors and site technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

WIR certification to sub-contractors and quality checks .

Ensuring safety and quality at site execution locations .

Authorization of PTW and permit systems

Installation of Plumbing services in toilets , residential projects .

Completion of quality snags and HOTO snags .

Following Job card procedures and ensuring the quality of work .

Preparation of BOQ , daily progress report , coordination issues at site
