: Business Processes and Systems Analyst

Location : Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities :

• This position will be responsible for providing production support for Oracle ERP, factory automation systems and local applications, as well as developing reports which satisfy user’s needs, require liaising with business users and different functional groups to carry out enhancement requests. As part of Factory & Intelligent Automation, the candidate will be driving automation projects to reduce time consuming process and increase productivity.
• This role also requires skills in analysis, issue resolution, troubleshooting and communication.
• Provide production support for the various business & manufacturing systems and applications.
• Design and implements ongoing system and process improvements identified by user request or by proactive engagement in the business.
• Conduct business values analysis on opportunities identified or user requests and perform system and / or process redesign when necessary.
• Coordinate and implement Business Intelligence to fulfil management and users reporting requirements (like Noetix, power tools).SQL and PL / SQL knowledge is mandatory.
• Analyze processes and develop Intelligent Automation projects using standard automation tools (preferably Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query and Power BI)
• Participate in cross world area meetings and conference calls to resolve issues and to participate in functional testing for projects on integration and UAT instance when required.

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any relevant discipline, with minimum 3 - 4 years relevant experience

Ability to learn and use industry standard automation tools proficiently.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong understanding of direct material use, cost control and negotiation

Understand the nature of the job requirements.

Carry out duties with minimum supervision.

Better understanding of the process and able to offer solutions.
