Key Responsibilities

Good Knowledge in Insurance

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientation

Working knowledge of skills in MS Word, and MS Outlook

Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Good comprehension skills

Exceptional time management skills and experience of scheduling tasks in accordance with daily review of priorities

Highly motivated, proactive, self-starter; must be able to work independently as well as be an effective team player

Must be flexible to work in night shift
