Job Description : Full Stack ServiceNow Developer SPM – Agentic Workforce AI

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Full Stack ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying next-generation AI-driven workforce solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The developer will be instrumental in crafting autonomous digital agents that serve as AI Scrum Masters and AI Application Analysts, facilitating smarter, faster, and more adaptive workflows across the enterprise.
This position demands expertise in ServiceNow development (both back-end and front-end), a robust understanding of AI / ML integrations, and the ability to architect scalable digital workflows. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to create agentic workforce solutions that enhance and automate key IT, business, and agile practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow DevelopmentDesign, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, etc.) to enable AI-augmented workforce solutions.Build full stack components : backend workflows (Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, REST / SOAP APIs) and modern UI / UX (Service Portal, Now Experience UI Builder, React components).Integrate ServiceNow with external AI services, APIs, and data sources to enable decision automation, predictive insights, and conversational agents.AI & Agentic Workforce EnablementArchitect and implement autonomous AI agents in ServiceNow that perform roles such as Scrum Master AI employee (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, velocity tracking, reporting) and Application Analyst AI employee (e.g., incident triage, root cause analysis, application monitoring).Develop capabilities for self-learning, adaptive recommendations, and dynamic workflow execution.Leverage LLMs, machine learning, and orchestration tools to simulate human-like reasoning and task execution within ServiceNow.Agile & CollaborationPartner with business stakeholders, Scrum teams, and application owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.Enable AI Scrum Master to automate team metrics reporting, risk identification, and sprint forecasting.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow (custom apps, ITSM, ITOM, SPMmodules).Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS / React, HTML, CSS within the ServiceNow ecosystem.Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture : Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, ACLs, CMDB.Experience with full stack development : front-end (Now Experience, portals), back-end (server-side scripts, API integrations).Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and integration of ServiceNow with LLMs, chatbots, or automation frameworks.Proven ability to design and implement autonomous digital workflows and intelligent automation.Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and how to apply them in ServiceNow delivery.Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred SkillsExposure to DevOps practices (Jenkins, Git, CI / CD pipelines for ServiceNow).Certification(s) : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM / CSM / ITOM, ServiceNow Micro-Certifications (IntegrationHub, Predictive Intelligence).Background in creating or managing agent-based AI systems or autonomous digital workforce solutions.Role ImpactThis role goes beyond traditional ServiceNow development : you will be building the foundation of a digital, agentic workforce that augments human teams.
