Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Vijayawada. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, providing detailed information about properties, and maintaining records of sales and client interactions. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract potential buyers and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience in lead generation, sales, and closing deals
• Knowledge of the real estate market, property management, and real estate contracts
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar role is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
