Required Experience / Skills :

• 6 months to 2 years experience with US Staffing
• Strong experience in recruiting for Engineering or IT or Healthcare orPharma positions
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes
