HRMS Integration Engineer

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS and integration development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, supporting, and enhancing integrations between Oracle HRMS and third-party systems, including cloud-based HR platforms like Workday or SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain custom PL / SQL programs, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components) in Oracle HRMS.
• Develop and support integrations between Oracle HRMS and external systems (e.G., Workday, payroll platforms, time & attendance systems).
• Utilize APIs, interface tables, and concurrent programs for data extraction and loading.
• Work on outbound (EBS to third-party) and inbound (third-party to EBS) data flows.
• Develop XML / BI Publisher reports and enhance existing reports as required.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support UAT and production deployments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for interfaces, reports, and custom components.
• Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance of Oracle HRMS applications.
