Job Description :

Technical Skills Gigya

• Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Experience with Gigya / SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) – including user identity management, authentication flow support, and access troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle admin activities, system monitoring, and integration health checks.
• Knowledge of web-based systems, REST APIs, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
• Exposure to SaaS integrations and data flow troubleshooting.
• Consultant Tools Support
• Experience in PHP and WordPress
• Perform basic configuration, content management, and integration checks.
• Experience in SaaS-based tools like : Seismic (Sales enablement),
• Solution Tool (SaaS-based solution management)
