Overview
Responsible for the development and deployment of business processes and / or capabilities associated with the sale of HP's products and services at a country, region, or global level .
This may involve :
- Designing HP's sales incentive plans.
- Developing new or enhanced business processes and capabilities to support HP's customers / partners.
- Integrating IT solutions across functions, business groups, or geographic requirements.
- Driving process efficiency and effectiveness to achieve metric targets across HP's sales force and services delivery organizations.
Responsibilities
Lead or participate in process improvement teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, and troubleshooting.Interact with HP's management, stakeholders, and operational teams.Apply foundational knowledge of business / IT principles to projects of limited scope.Provide information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team initiatives.Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within a business environment.Entry-Level Requirements
First-level university degree (or equivalent experience).Typically 0–2 years of related experience in IT or business operations.Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.Key Skills Required
