Job Description :

We are seeking a Global Payroll Specialist to independently manage payroll operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, vendor coordination, and compliance, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Independently handle global payroll operations across multiple geographies.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and maintain attendance and time tracking data .
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate payroll execution.
  • Validate payroll outputs shared by vendors and ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll and statutory deductions.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors for payroll-related audits.
  • Maintain compliance with local statutory regulations and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for smooth payroll delivery.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Strong understanding of global payroll processes and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in vendor management and payroll validations.
  • Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and accounting principles .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in handling employee queries and audit requirements.
