The Role
The Integration Solution Architect (Industrial SaaS / OT–IT Architecture) will define and lead Innovapptive's global integration architecture across industrial and enterprise systemsReporting to the VP of Technology & Architecture, this leader will own the end-to-end design of integration frameworks, data pipelines, and orchestration models that connect Innovapptive's Connected Worker Platform with APM, MES, SCADA, Historian, and ERP systemsThis role is both architectural and visionary — combining hands-on API design, industrial data expertise, and AI-assisted automation to deliver a single source of truth between the plant floor and the enterpriseHow You Will Make An Impact

12 – 18 years of software / integration experience with at least 5 years designing industrial or enterprise integration architecturesDeep hands-on expertise in OT systems (APM, SCADA, MES, Historian — OSI PI, Aveva, GE, Honeywell, AspenTech) and IT systems (SAP PM / MM, IBM Maximo, Oracle EBS, Infor)Proven experience in REST, GraphQL, MQTT, OPC UA, Kafka, and API management platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, or AWS AppFlow)Practical exposure to AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Cursor.AI, Bolt.AI, Testim) and telemetry systems (Sentry, Datadog, CloudWatch)Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), security standards, and industrial data modelsExceptional cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence enterprise and plant-level stakeholdersSuccess Metrics (FIRST 90-180 Days)
