Insurance Claim and Processing Specialist – US Property & Construction Projects
Remote | Full-Time | For US Real Estate & Restoration Client
We are seeking an Insurance Claim and Processing Specialist to support our client’s US-based real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage insurance claims, coordinate with contractors and insurance adjusters, and ensure all project documentation and reimbursements are handled accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Manage property damage and restoration insurance claims from start to completion
- Review estimates, photos, and documentation submitted by contractors and vendors
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, restoration teams, and property owners
- Track claim status, payments, and required documentation in shared systems
- Prepare detailed claim reports including material costs, repairs, and reimbursement timelines
- Ensure all claims are processed according to insurance company standards and client policies
- Coordinate with virtual assistants, project managers, and leadership for updates and approvals
