We are seeking an experienced

SAP BW / 4HANA Consultant

with over 8 years of expertise in SAP data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing BW / 4HANA solutions, strong skills in CDS Views, and a proven background with extractors. Prior retail domain experience will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data models and ETL flows in SAP BW / 4HANA.

Work with SAP extractors, CDS Views, and native HANA modeling to manage data pipelines.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver scalable BI / Analytics solutions.

Optimize performance and ensure best practices in BW / 4HANA data modeling and reporting.

Provide support in data validation, debugging, and performance tuning of data flows.

Guide team members in technical design and solution implementation when needed.

Ensure seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP source systems.

Contribute to solution documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in SAP BI / BW with at least 3+ years in BW / 4HANA.

Strong hands-on experience with CDS Views, extractors, and data modeling.

Expertise in native HANA modeling concepts (Calculation Views, SQL scripting).

Experience in managing large-scale data loads and tuning performance.

Strong understanding of SAP data sources and integration approaches.

Experience working in the retail industry (preferred).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
