Job Title : Business Manager / Regional Manager / AGM - Hybrid IT Location : Delhi NCR Experience : Min 5 Years Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Hybrid IT Sales Manager to drive sales and business development in hybrid IT solutions, including cloud, on-premises, and integrated infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a deep understanding of hybrid cloud solutions, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute sales strategies for hybrid IT solutions, including cloud services, data centre, and network infrastructure.
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their business needs and proposing suitable IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives within defined timelines.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in hybrid IT and cloud technologies.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5-15 years of experience in IT sales, focusing on hybrid cloud and infrastructure solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience in selling IT infrastructure, data centre solutions, and managed services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Understanding of IT security, networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
