Job descriptionFacilitate the implementation and support of SAP EWM. Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and system requirements; Lead workshops to collect business requirements and map them to system functionality. Design, customize, configure, and test SAP EWM solutions. Identify gaps and propose workarounds or system enhancements. Act as a liaison with clients to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system issues. Manage changes and emergency transports for high-priority issues. Document functional designs, test cases, and results. Provide consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support projects. Mentor junior team members and offer ad-hoc training and support to users. Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A team player who can quickly adapt to new concepts and challenges.
Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and integration points with SAP MM, PP, and SD modules.
- Experience in designing and configuring EWM solutions in S / 4 HANA.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and their integration with business processes in the Life Sciences domain.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be results-oriented, adaptable, flexible, and resourceful.
