Working Days & Hours : Monday to Saturday

Stipend : ₹3,000 to ₹6,000 per month

Probation : 3 months

Internship Overview :

We are looking for a committed and communicative Telesales Intern to assist in sales and consumer insight activities. This role combines sales efforts with understanding and improving communication strategies as well as collecting valuable feedback and data from consumers to inform key decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct pre-calling welcome calls to understand student requirements and build rapport.

Support admissions for various initiatives including Yoga Retreat, Nutri Diet, Nispand Feedback Calls, etc.

Achieve targets for call volumes and contribute to sales through effective communication and persuasion.

Collect quality consumer data and feedback to support decision-making processes.

Maintain accurate records of calls, admissions, and feedback data.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize communication strategies and sales techniques.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality assurance in all interactions.

Intern Requirements :

Graduates or undergraduates with good communication skills.

Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls.

Basic knowledge or keen interest in sales, marketing, or customer service.

Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work.

Positive attitude, humble, and soft-spoken.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
