Role :

Purpose Of The Role & Responsibilities

Purpose of the Role & Responsibilities :

The Management Reporting Officer will support the design, configuration, and validation of current data outputs for management reporting for each entity. The role will also support the Finance teams in ensuring the enriched data supports MI submissions, reporting packs, and analytical use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in configuring and validating MI outputs to meet management reporting requirements.

Partner with business SMEs to ensure completeness and accuracy of MI allocations.

Validate data flows into TM1 and ensure reconciliation with management reporting structures.

Support creation and maintenance of the discovery dataset for data exploration.

Collaborate with Finance and Data Operations teams to test and approve enriched outputs.

Provide data-driven insights to support business analysis and forecasting activities.

Control

Direct Reports :

• Ensure reporting processes adhere to HSBC internal controls and governance.
• Maintain traceability of MI rules and allocations for audit readiness.

Note : These roles will be temporary consultant resources engaged via the project function to backfill BAU capacity. All positions will roll off once the BFA implementation is complete.
